*Shipping Costs
We provide free UK delivery on HotPeak night vision goggles.
*Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- *Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM (GMT/BST)* on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping notification with tracking information.
*Shipping Times & Carriers (United Kingdom)*
- *Total Delivery Time: 2-4 business days* (after processing).
- *Carriers: We strictly use Evri and Royal Mail* for reliable delivery.
- *Taxes & Duties: We cover all customs duties and taxes. The price you see is the price you pay—no additional fees* upon delivery.
*Delivery Restrictions*
- *Location: We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United Kingdom*.
- *PO Boxes/BFPO:* We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.
* Please note that shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
*Refunds on Shipping* We do not refund expedited shipping costs for packages that arrive late due to carrier delays, nor do we refund shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective.
